Goal: Update the interiors of the cabins
Completion Rate: 15% Description: It is time to update the cabins! In Spring of 2024, we started in on the worst condition cabin, Aspen and took it all the way up to first place! This included installing insulation and wall panels, giving everything a clean paint job, remodeling the bathroom, and adding a really nice looking paint-fleck epoxy floor. We view this as "proof of concept" for what the rest of the cabins could look like! Benefit: These spaces will end up being places people look forward to coming to, rather than just "getting by". Further Need: We need to complete our sub-project, then we will calculate how much more funding will be needed for this project. |

Goal: Add an Addition that joins our Sycamore & Walnut cabins together.
Completion Rate: 80% Description: We have begun a 250 Sq. Ft. Addition that joins our Sycamore & Walnut cabins together. It will hold a bathroom + shower, kitchenette, laundry, and sitting area. In the Fall of 2024, we poured concrete and built a "cold shell" with roofing, siding, windows, and doors. In the early Winter of 2026, we were able to drywall, mud, and install a mini-split. The project is funded up to this point: Benefit: This will add an appealing spot for rental groups, and it will be nice for campers and guests to not have to go outside at night to get to the bathroom! Further Need: $3000 in funding and/or donated items including; Trenching for electric & septic, Electrical work, Plumbing work, Installing Water Heater, Bathroom & Shower fixtures, Kitchenette fixtures, Stackable Washer+dryer, Install Flooring |
