Rental Agreement

1. The Camp will have available one chest freezer and cooler space for the
time rented. Perishables can be brought the day prior to renting if the
grounds are not in use. The Camp will not be responsible for anything brought
prior to the rental period.
2. The Camp will have available a copier to make copies at $.05 a copy.
White paper will be provided for your usage. The computer is not available
to the renters.
3. Recreational equipment is available for renter's use including canoes,
paddles, life Jackets {required to be worn while using canoes. Only Riflery and archery equipment are excluded.
A lifeguard is required for swimming and for canoeing
4. The renting group will provide the camp with a Letter of Insurance from
their insurance company showing they are the primary insured for this
activity. The camp coverage is secondary. The renting group will be provided
with a copy of the Camp's insurance declaration page. It will be understood
that Glad Tidings Bible Camp of Bloomfield, Nebraska will not be liable for
any costs not covered in said policy. The renter will be provided with a
list of and directions to doctors, clinics and hospitals used by the camp.
5. The renters will meet with a camp representative to inspect the camp
grounds, sign a completed inspection sheet and submit a damage deposit in the
form of a check for $100. Before the renters may leave they will meet with
the camp representative to inspect the camp grounds and review the inspection sheet. If there is damage due to negligence the camp representative will arrange for the repair of the damaged item, deduct the amount of the damage from the damage deposit and will send the remaining balance in the form of a check. If the damage is greater than $100 the renters will be billed for the remaining amount. If there is no damage the $100 deposit check will be
returned at the final inspection.
6. The renters will pay Glad Tidings:

One to Three Day Rental
$30.00 per camper
$15.00 per staff member
$ 5.00 per staff child not camper age

Four to Seven Day Rental
$ 40 . 00 per camper
$20.00 per staff member
$7.50 per staff child not camper age

*The minimum winter rate is $250.00.

*Rates MAY be flexible depending on size of group, quantity of buildings needed, and time stayed.

7. There will be a $50 air conditioning charge when needed.
8. Glad Tidings reserves the right to select the appropriate cabins best
suited for the renters’ time on the campgrounds. If desired, additional
buildings can be rented at the camp board's discretion.
9. No alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, smoking in buildings or
around minors, dances, weapons or fireworks will be permitted on the grounds.
10. Gender segregated sleeping quarters will be maintained for all unmarried
residents.
