The Dining Hall is our biggest facility. Inside, there is a kitchen, a dishroom, a basketball hoop, guest rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an office. Built onto the side of the Dining Hall is the Game Room. The main area of the Dining Hall contains an area designed for the consumption of food. There are many tables and chairs in this area. The room is big enough to allow up to 80 people to eat at one time. However, by the time the 80th person starts eating, the 1st person is probably finished eating or in line for seconds already. If the tables and chairs are put away, this area can be used for big indoor activities. Against the southeast wall, there is a very nice basketball hoop for basketball activities and half-court games.
The kitchen has two ovens, a convection oven, two sinks, and every cooking utensil a person might need. The kitchen is connected to the eating area by a serving window. The servers stand inside the kitchen while the eaters form a line outside the kitchen.
Connected to both the eating area and the kitchen is the dishroom. The dishroom has three sinks, a freezer, and a dish sanitizer. The dishes are washed by hand, then sterilized in the sanitizer. After being sanitized, the dishes are taken into the kitchen.
Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bath/shower combo, a sink, and a toilet. Next to the bathroom is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, dresser, and cabinet. Next to that room is another bedroom with two twin-sized beds. Next to that is the office.
